A Little Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Sophie — the founder of Run From Routine.
I built this brand out of curiosity and the courage to step outside what’s familiar. Travel has always been where I feel most alive — exploring new places, meeting new people, and saying yes before everything makes perfect sense.
After starting my career in TV production, I chose to step away from the traditional 9–5 and lean fully into travel. That shift led me to work for a travel media brand, creating content for tourism boards and travel brands around the world — and eventually to building Run From Routine as my own platform.
Today, Run From Routine reflects that journey — blending cinematic visuals with honest, on-the-ground storytelling designed to build trust and inspire people to actually go.
