We we loved

Yosemite was one of the first places that reminded me how small I am — in the best way. Towering granite cliffs, waterfalls thundering in early summer, golden light hitting El Capitan at sunset. Mornings with mist rising off the valley floor and long hikes that leave you quiet and grateful. It’s powerful, grounding, and wildly beautiful.

Where to stay

Inside the park for early trail access, or just outside the valley for a quieter, cozy cabin feel. Sunrise and sunset are everything here — proximity matters. I personally love staying in Curry Village

Yosemite is for travelers who crave big landscapes, early trailhead mornings, and the kind of nature that humbles you.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

This trip operates under a private charter agreement with third-party vendors. The following payment and cancellation terms apply to this departure and supersede the general cancellation policy listed in Run From Routine’s Terms & Conditions.

Payment Plan

Total Trip Cost: $5,299 USD per person

Deposit (30%) — Due at Booking

$1,590 USD per person

Final Payment — Due July 11, 2026

Remaining balance must be paid in full by this date
Reservations not paid in full may be subject to cancellation

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

On or Before April 10, 2026

10% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

Any additional payments may be refunded or applied as credit toward a future departure.

April 11 – July 10, 2026

20% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

On or After July 11, 2026

100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

Important Information

The initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
All payments are subject to third-party vendor contracts and policies.
Refunds, if applicable, exclude payment processing fees and any non-recoverable costs.
Reservations may be transferred to another traveler, subject to approval and vendor terms.
All travelers must hold a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the dates of travel.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of cancellation, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
